Jerome Derricks - Folk Artist

I recently made a trip up to Angola (not for visitation nor for crimes against nature), but to see the famous Angola Rodeo. While there, I got to meet a number of artists who have dedicated a lot of time to their craft. One such person is Jerome Derricks, a folk artist who painted the scene below. Excuse the shot, but I didn't do such a good job taking the picture as I should have. But, I couldn't resist posting it any longer. Thus, here is the main shot of his work and four close-ups.
